The Severndroog Trust will be giving a presentation to the Shooters Hill Local History Group on Thursday 17 May at 8.00pm at Shrewsbury House, Bushmoor Crescent, Shooters Hill, SE18 3EG. A visitor fee will apply.

The Severndroog Trust will be having an information and sales stall at the Woodlands Farm Trust Lambing Day on Sunday 15 April from 11.00am to 4.30pm at 331 Shooters Hill, Welling.

Severndroog Castle Building Preservation Trust
Picture a dramatic eighteenth-century gothic tower built by a heartbroken widow in a clearing, high on a hill, in an ancient bluebell wood within seven miles of Charing Cross, London. This is Severndroog Castle on Shooters Hill, a 60-foot high triangular, brick-built tower designed in the gothic style by architect Richard Jupp. Severndroog is a nationally-listed Grade II* building presently on English Heritage's Buildings at Risk register.

About the trust
Severndroog Castle Building Preservation Trust
A campaign group was formed in
2002 to halt the proposed sell-off of the building. The trust was established in 2003.
